Arrival Guide for Postdoctors

I. Notice of Arrival

Please ignore the approval information offor postdoctor to be admitted. After the Postdoctoral management office receives the paper documents such as the introduction letter for admission issued by the Guangdong Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department, it will be posted on the postdoctoral webpage of the Human Resources Department of Shenzhen University.http://hr.szu.edu.cn/ So please pay close attention to the website updates (the China Postdoctoral website can be checked for audit status).

 

II. About reporting documents

(1) Postdoctoral employment contract of Shenzhen University (printed on the reporting system by the postdoctoral secretary of the college, printed by the postdoctoral secretary of the college, signed and sealed by both parties B and C)

(2) Postdoctoral researcher entry record certificate, two original copies (printed on the system of China Postdoctoral Network)

(3) Original identity document (Foreigners provide passport. Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan personnel provide their Home Visit Permits and Taiwan Compatriot Cards)

(4) The original degree certificate (if it is an overseas degree certificate, you should also bring the Chinese translation and degree certification). The original will be examined on site.

Note: Those who have not obtained the nationally recognized doctoral degree certificate or overseas degree certification after six months of entry will be treated as withdrawn from the station according to the relevant regulations (refer to the approval time of China Postdoctoral Network for the timeline).

(5) Shenzhen High-level Talents Information Questionnaire.

(6) Special Note: For foreign post-docs, please provide a Chinese name in advance, a copy of "Foreigner's Work Permit" and a copy of "Passport". 

 

 

III. Cautions (Registration and reporting system for new faculty members, paperless reporting)

(1) Reporting to the university is based on the list published on the website of Shenzhen University Postdoctoral Fellowship (reporting to the university will not be handled during winter and summer holidays).

(2) When you receive the notification from the National Administrative Committee of Post-Doctoral Researchers, please log on to the "New Staff Registration Platform" in advance, use your email address to register and fill in your personal information.

(3) If you have passed the "initial screening of entry materials", please bring your application materials (including the employment contract printed on the Internet) to the National Administrative Committee of Post-Doctoral Researchers for formal application procedures.

(In exceptional cases, an Application Form for Deferment of Registration must be submitted to the National Administrative Committee of Post-Doctoral Researchers; refer to the attached material for the application form)

Special Note: The English name must be the same as the one in your passport, all capital letters (Givenname + space + Surname).

(4) Registration must be done in person.

(5) According to the relevant requirements, the postdoctoral reporting date is generally in the early part of each month (subject to the specific notification time - notice of entry and exit), and the salary will start from the same month, and no reporting will be processed after the specified time. (6) After completing the reporting procedures, please complete the file transfer (file transfer) within three months.
